4TH UPDATE (7:00 p.m.):CAMBRIA CO, Pa (WJAC) — Residents who were evacuated Wednesday over concerns of flooding from the Wilmore Dam have been given the all clear to return to their homes, officials say.
Summerhill Fire Chief Bob Burkett say he’s spoken with the Cambria County Emergency Management Director, Art Martynuska, who says the surveillance level for the Wilmore Dam has dropped sufficiently enough for people to safely return to Summerhill Borough and Wilmore Borough.

In an effort to help, the Somerset County Commissioners just allocated $1.2 million worth of CARES Act Funding to over 100 different businesses throughout the county. Businesses ranging from restaurants, retail stores, and auto shops.
Somerset County was initially allocated over $6 million worth of federal CARES Act money at the start of the pandemic.
PITTSBURGH, Pa (WJAC) — Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Anthony Chickillo has been removed from the Commissioner's Exempt List, according to Steelers.com.
The announcement made Thursday morning comes just one day after his charges were withdrawn for an alleged assault of his girlfriend. Team General Manager Kevin Colbert did say that the league is still investigating the incident and that Chickillo could still be subject to discipline under the league's Personal Conduct Policy.
Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — More controversy and disagreement over plans by the Centre County Commissioners to establish new regulations for those working on large scale, county government construction projects.
The commissioners are considering what is termed a “responsible contractor ordinance.”
They say at least two of the commissioners feel it will increase worker safety on county capital construction projects, along with alerting the county to potential bidder issues.
But one commissioner isn’t on board with the proposed ordinance.
