SOMERSET - Somerset state police are investigating an incident after they said they caught two adults providing drugs to children and teens in the borough. Police said Jennifer Coughenour, 28, of Somerset, and Ryan Williams, 27, of Somerset, were found in a children's playhouse in the woods near Roof Garden Mobile Home Park in Somerset Township supplying marijuana to four children. According to documents, the adults were smoking with the children and teens - three males and a female, ages 11 to 17 - as well.
