Stone Bridge Brewing Company in Johnstown is joining has become a part of the Black is Beautiful beer collaboration The Black is Beautiful beer campaign is a collaborative effort to bring awareness to the injustices people of color face daily. The idea started at a brewery in Texas and has made its way to downtown Johnstown.

Lancaster Co. man rapes, 'severely' beats victim before leaving in their vehicle: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Local law enforcement agencies are searching for a registered sex offender who allegedly sexually assaulted a victim before stealing their vehicle in Elizabethtown. According to the Lancaster County District Attorney's office, on Dec. 17 around 8:05 a.m., 38-year-old Shane Kelec raped and assaulted a victim. As a result of the assault, police say the victim suffered a broken nose, a broken rib, subdermal hemorrhage/subdural hematoma, a head laceration that needed nine stiches, and a skull fracture.
