Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — A major court ruling in the proposed State College casino project looks to expedite a lot of the legal issues that have been raised since a license was approved for the casino. Last week, in what’s termed an extraordinary move, the state Supreme Court basically consolidated the outstanding, casino-related issues into one case that will be argued before the court. Later this week, a series of arguments were scheduled for a commonwealth court hearing but now, they’ve all been cancelled.

BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Police say a Bedford is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman, through an open window, as she was getting out of her car. According to the affidavit, Bedford Police were contacted in late March after a woman reported that a man had exposed himself to her through a window, while also "touching himself," at a residence along South Richard Street. Police say the man was later identified as 25-year-old Robert Imler Jr.
